I asked Erez to plan and prepare an exciting dinner for my wife’s birthday celebration that we were celebrating in Tel Aviv with 4 of our best friends during a 1 month visit to Israel from the States. Erez created a very special evening for the 6 of us. He not only created an exciting menu and dinner, furthermore he went out of his way to work with us on selecting restaurants in Tel Aviv for some additional fantastic dining experiences. Erez’ interaction with us while he was cooking in our kitchen was so much fun. Each course that he prepared and served to us was individually and cumulatively outstanding. On top of being a marvelous chef he is genuinely a really good person. If you are even just somewhat thinking of hiring a private chef for a special dinner party Erez Stern will be your “Top Chef”.
