market driven menu
Apart of offering private venues in the greater Tel Avivian area for events and business functions, we – at studio chef – Srez Stern, provide hosting services as any restaurant in town, but our lunch menu is what we call "market driven", where it changes daily according to the food markets ingredients, the chef's skills, loves and caprice. All of that in a very home-like setting, some may say very experiential. Never the less, lunch is served in an hustle, busy industrial zone building in southern Tel Aviv, overlooking a magnificent view to the east. as well as meny other places
Fix menu includes a first course, main course and desert as well as breads and spreads, soft and hot drinks and a glass of wine at the total cost of NIS 500. service is not included. We open daily (Sunday to Thursday) for pre-reservations only, from 12:30 to 15:00.
On weekend's studio chef – erez stern offers a pampered brunch menu that includes salads and appetizers, different kinds of eggs, smoked fishes, viennoiserie (croissants and Danish rolls), breads and spreads, soft and hot drinks at the cost of NIS 350, but does not include service fee.
For the convenience of our clientele, we suggest an upgrading to brunch by adding Mimosa or Kir-Royal at the additional cost of NIS 20 the glass. As a private chef, Chef Erez Stern also promotes his private events at client's homes of which large varity of menus.
